Hi, I’m Dr. Chinwe

Pharmacist. Mental health clinician.
Holistic midlife wellness coach.

​I help midlife women make sense of the symptoms, stress patterns, body changes, brain fog, low motivation, and nervous system overwhelm that can make this season feel harder than it should.

Harmonize Wellbeing™ was born from my own midlife wake-up call: perimenopause, fibroids, surgery, recovery, and the realization that pushing harder was no longer the answer.

Pushing harder doesn’t work.

Slowing down, understanding your body, and rebuilding with the right support does.

My work blends clinical insight from pharmacy and mental health with functional medicine-informed coaching, holistic peri/menopause care, ADHD coaching, motivation support, somatic awareness, behavior change, and nervous system regulation.

When appropriate, I may also include sound-based listening practices to support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and capacity-building.

I’m not here to hand you a one-size-fits-all plan.

I’m not here to tell you to just be more disciplined.

And I’m not here to ignore what your body has been trying to say.

• 45-minute Find Your Footing Session

• 60-minute Wellness Roadmap Review

• Guided wellness intake through a secure client portal

• Review of recent labs, if available

• Personalized 12-week self-guided wellness roadmap

• Guidance on whether bloodwork or specialty wellness testing may add clarity

 

When available, recent bloodwork may be reviewed using functional reference ranges for added precision as your personalized roadmap is created.
